These Terms of Service apply to your use of slaygohair.com and purchases from SLAYGO LIMITED, a Hong Kong company trading as SlayGo. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe our wigs and hair products accurately, including available colors, lengths and customization options. Colors may appear different on different screens. Product availability, specifications and prices may change; the details shown at checkout when you place an order apply to that order, subject to any correction required by law.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and offer the applicable refund or other remedy. Payment methods, currencies, taxes and delivery charges available to you are shown during checkout.
Payment methods and how to pay
Our checkout offers credit and debit cards through Airwallex, PayPal, and Klarna where eligible. Enabled card networks include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover and Cartes Bancaires. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear on compatible devices and browsers. The options actually available for your order are displayed at checkout and can depend on your location, card issuer and payment provider.
- Review your items, delivery address, shipping option, taxes and final total before confirming payment. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD); any conversion or fees charged by your card issuer or payment provider are governed by that provider.
- For a card payment, select the card option, enter your details in the secure payment fields and complete any verification requested by your bank.
- For PayPal, select PayPal and follow its secure sign-in or guest-payment steps, if offered, to review and approve payment. You will be returned to the store after the provider completes the process.
- For Apple Pay or Google Pay, choose the wallet button if shown and authenticate using your device or wallet.
- For Klarna, select it if offered and review its payment schedule, eligibility requirements and terms before accepting. Approval is decided by Klarna; installment plans are not guaranteed for every shopper or order.
If a payment fails or its status is unclear, check for an order confirmation and contact support@slaygohair.com before attempting repeated payments. Never send full card details, security codes, wallet credentials or passwords by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy.
