Order and product inquiries

For order inquiries, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos or a short video so we can review the issue. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Returns

Returns for U.S. orders are sent to our warehouse in the United States. Please contact us before sending a return. We will email you the correct U.S. warehouse address and return instructions for your order. Our registered business address in Hong Kong is not the return address for U.S. orders.
